Our training

Welcome to our dedicated page for our Mental Health and Neurodiversity training and workshops – a hub of knowledge and understanding for specific mental health conditions, neurodiversity and learning conditions.

Our courses aim to provide an introduction and understanding to a wide variety of conditions, recognising the richness of human diversity.

Right from the start our facilitator’s infectious enthusiasm and knowledge about the topic came across and captured the audience. She was extremely engaging and so knowledgeable. Validated everyone’s experiences and ensured we all felt heard and understood which helped everyone to open up further.
