Debbie Worrall

Qualified with a Masters Degree in Marketing Strategy, Debbie has worked in a variety of marketing roles for more years than she likes to count. After having her 2 children, the family had the opportunity to live and work abroad and she took up new challenges in jobs across Europe and Asia.  During this time, she became increasingly interested in the field of mental health which led her to return to her studies and qualify as a Counsellor.

Upon returning to the UK, Debbie continued to be involved in mental health, working in a charity which focussed upon helping young people with practical support and advice as they navigated challenging situations.  She joined Mind in 2022 and is the Learning Development Project Coordinator for our Spot the Signs programme – working to challenge stigma and reduce the number of lives lost to suicide.

She remains a keen traveller and photographer and is a regular practitioner of yoga, pilates and mindfulness and mum to the undisputed best dog in the world, a rescue corgi/terrier cross called Flipper.
